Luxury and Taste

Svatá Panna is something truly extraordinary. Without exaggeration. It blends refinement and luxury in the very best sense of the word.
Let’s begin with the location – the view from the slope of Kozákov, stretching from Trosky to Ještěd, is hard to match. Locals can literally feel the spirit of the “Bohemian Paradise,” while visitors from afar are captivated by the scenery. The sense of openness is enhanced by the surroundings – after a moment you notice something striking: there are no fences. An experience that truly defies comparison is the view of the landscape from the whirlpool or pool, evoking exotic hot baths – particularly Japanese onsens. This idea of the owner turned out brilliantly.

Now let’s go inside – it is and isn’t a traditional log cottage. Rarely does one see such a flawless harmony of tradition and modernity. Those with a technical mind will appreciate the superb craftsmanship, from the smallest detail to the overall concept; those with a poetic soul will delight in the many thoughtful touches and comforts, from the spacious kitchen – where you can wonderfully rest by the tiled stove – to the large and luxurious sauna.

A slightly personal note to end with: behind all this luxury, one senses intelligence rather than ostentation. And for that reason alone, we would gladly return.

ラグジュアリーとセンスの両立
「スヴァター・パナ」は、とにかく特別です。ラグジュアリーとセンスの稀な組み合わせがここを表現するのに最もふさわしい表現でしょう。まずは、景色から。コザーコヴ（Kozákov）の南の斜面からの、トロスキ(Trosky)からイエシュチェドゥ(Ještěd)までの光景は、あまりにも素晴らしいです。やはり、「チェコの天国」(Český ráj)という地名は伊達ではないと実感します。しばらく考えてみると、その解放感の原因として、どこを見てもフェンスがないことに気付きます。さらに、ジャグジーに入りながらこの素晴らしい光景を味わうことは、唯一無二の経験になるでしょう。全くもって、露天風呂に入っているかのような感じがするほどです。ジャグジーを設置したのは、オーナーの最高のアイデアでした。
別荘の中に入りましょう。伝統的な丸太小屋でのようで、そればかりでもないのです。つまり、伝統と現代の上手な組み合わせはとても貴重です。建物、そのレイアウト、サウナ、広大な台所、家具など、どんな詳細なところを見ても、なかなか巧にできていると感心するばかりです。
最後に個人的な感想をひとつ：このラグジュアリーの背景には、成金趣味な見栄ではなく、知恵やセンスが感じられます。それだけでも滞在客は、ここに帰りたがります。

This question was probably answered best by the team from Amazing Places. They visited us for a follow-up inspection one year after the opening. Their recommendation was: You should re-photograph some of the details – Svatá Panna is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures.

Yes, our house is fully equipped. From the very beginning, we designed it for the most demanding guests, which is why we spared no expense (truly none).

At your disposal are bed linens, towels, hairdryers, an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer (all Miele), baby cot, changing table, three high chairs, a children’s table with three chairs, bottle warmer, children’s toilet seat, kitchen towels, placemats, toiletries, an outdoor gas grill, firewood, a fire pit with seating, and a beer tap system.

The kitchen is equipped with an American-style fridge, five AEG appliances, and a Julius Meinl Inspresso Professional coffee machine. All other small appliances such as a hand blender, toaster, sandwich maker, bread maker, etc. are also available. And how about enjoying a pleasant evening with a Tefal raclette set for 6 people?

Dishwashing detergents and basic ingredients such as sugar and salt are available in the kitchen. Please bring your own food supplies.
For wine lovers, there are plenty of wine and champagne glasses as well as a wine fridge. Please don’t hold it against us that the glasses are made of plastic – this is intentional, as we offer a wellness experience and glassware is not ideal around a hot tub.

Last but not least, you can enjoy our premium wellness area: a cedar sauna, a year-round heated pool, and a hot tub.

There are 4 rooms in the house:

1. room BEZDEZ (because you are dreamily overlooking the Bezdez castle from the window) = 2 x king size bed (180 x 200cm), sleeps 4. Entrance to the gallery from the common hallway. Stoves Jøtul with classic design for romantic evenings.
2. room TROSKY (because you are looking at Trosky castle from the window) = king size bed (180 x 200cm), sleeps 2.
3. room KOZAKOV (because you are looking at Mount Kozakov from the window) = king size bed (180 x 200cm) + sofabed + baby bed, sleeps 5.
4. rooom CZECH PARADISE (because you will feel in heaven) = king size bed (180 x 200cm) + 2 more extra bed possible, sleeps 4. Private bathroom and toilet. Direct access to the pool and jacuzzi on the terrace. 

A healthy and restful sleep is important. As with anything else, we did not spare on mattresses. Look forward to the high-quality medium-hard health mattresses of the Czech manufacturer Dřevočal.

All rooms have a large Samsung smart TV. There's a PS4 + VR in the Bezděz room.

On the ground floor are two bathrooms and 3 x WC, upstairs is a bathroom with bath and shower and toilet.

Is the house safe for children?
For your little ones, we provide a baby cot with bedding, three high chairs, a changing table, a child’s toilet seat, a baby bottle warmer, a small table with three little chairs, outlet safety covers, soft night lighting or an induction cooktop in the kitchen. We use HEPA filters and guarantee that no animals that could trigger allergies have access to the house.

Older children will enjoy the Wi-Fi throughout the house, the trampoline, the heated pool, and surely also the half-hectare orchard and the nearby forest and rock formations. Perhaps even the wine cellar and the beer tap.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Is parking available?
Yes! In front of the chalet, five cars fit comfortably. If your group resembles Fast & Furious – Family Edition, you can squeeze two more in front. So the maximum capacity is seven cars.

Parking on neighbouring properties is not allowed. Cars left there will be towed at the owner's expense and later sold for charity. No hard feelings — but better not test it. ?
